The NSI Gold alarm receiving centre is manned 24/7 365, providing remote CCTV monitoring across the UK. The Control Room Operators are appropriately licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

The operator will make a rapid assessment of the situation and take the appropriate action, following your predetermined instructions along with notifying the police, false alarms are eliminated as all system activations are verified.

When monitoring is combined with our Key Holding and Alarm Response service, we provide the total security solution, from design and installation to Remote Monitoring.

Fire and Intruder systems monitoring is our core service. Using vast experience, we know it inside-out.
